  We stayed at Duck Heaven with our extended family and friends of ours and their extended family (11 adults and 5 boys ages 4-10). The house was a perfect set up to allow us great together time, and great private time when we wanted it as we were a very large and diverse group. The kids loved that we were very close to the local shops and rarely did we even need our cars. We wished we were just a little closer walk to the beach, but certainly very manageable but would recommend a beach cart. Management was quick to respond to a couple of glitches during our stay (ran out of propane in gas grill first night there and a few other minor issues) and we absolutely loved the keyless entry. Would recommend bringing extra towels, the ones provided were adequate, but equivalent of lower quality hotel towels...small and scratchy and only one per person. Would also take note that there is only one full size refrigerator, second refrigerator in rec room is small bar size. With 16 people, another full size refrigerator would be extremely helpful. Multiple decks are a huge plus, but a reminder that they are decks...not porches, so rain does come through on middle and lower levels. Owners might want to consider adding the under decking to add to useable space during inclement weather. Disappointed that there were no "real" wine glasses there was only plastic, but otherwise kitchen was fairly well stocked. We had a fantastic stay, loved the pool, hot tub and pool table and would definitely recommend this house and location to others.
