Our family had a wonderful time at Duck Station. The home was spacious and well appointed. The location next to the ocean was fantastic. The grandchildren enjoyed jumping waves and playing in the pool!

Our family of four plus our beloved lab enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated house in May. The #1 selling point was the proximity to the beach and the fantastic views of the sand and surf from the top floor. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub was much appreciated since the weather was mostly cool and rainy during our week.
The house has all the basics, but doesn't yet offer much in the way of extras- games, movies, beach equipment, kid-friendly dishes/plastic cups, etc. None of the windows, save for by the front door, have screens so if you want fresh air, you have to invite a few flies in to visit. Apparently this has been an issue for others as there are (unsightly to me) fly strips hanging throughout the house. The top deck is fairly small, so if you have more than 4 in your group, you will need to eat your meals inside.
The house is at the end of a street and we were able to let our small kids ride bikes up and down the quiet street with no worries. The property does butt up against a large condo development, which could be a concern in-season. They were all empty during our visit so just a bit of an eye-sore but not a noise factor.
Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would consider staying again off-season. -

We had a great time at Duck Station. The house was comfortable, ideally located, and with 5 bathrooms ideal for 5 couples. The view was spectacular. Also, the cute little downtown was close enough to walk to. Found some good golf in the area which the guys, in particular, took full advantage of.

The check-in was done by email, that saved half an hour. When we got to the house the pool was sparkling and ready to use. The hot tub was hot and the house clean. The living room had three walls of windows, what a view! The town is only a few minutes by car or you could take an easy walk. There is a little room above the living room where my husband could work and still get a great view of the ocean.
