Yearly upgrades in decor and conveniences. 200 yards to beach. A beach cart is provided for all those sand toys for the beach. But when going to the beach is not your choice, then relax by the beautiful pool (17'x30') and just chill. Ocean view. Quiet cul-de-sac.

We had an amazing week! I consider the OBX our home away from home. In 13 years of vacationing in OBX we have never had a bad experience. We went somewhere different last year just to try something new with our kids, it didn't compare, we talked about OBX the entire time. Love you guys!!!

We had a great vacation. The pool was nice and warm. Very easy to walk to the beach (even with small kids), beautiful beach. We were 10 sharing the villa, spacious, comfortable beds, clean, large and nice balcony. Beach toys and chairs available. Table was too small to accomodate 10 but kids ate at kitchen counter. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation

House was well equipped. Loved the pool and hot tub. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. We had 2 familiies each with 2 children never felt like we were in each others way. Dissapointed that service was not received to burned out lights. 2 outdoor spot lights and the underwater pool light--both safety issues. Reported to rental office in person without response.
