(Remember when people used to call them 'cottages'?) There is also community pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment. With a view of the water and an easy walk of 150 yards to the beach, you'll be Sit'n Pretty in Sit'n Duck.

Seriously, this house was just such a pleasant surprise. Since it was on the smaller size, we didn't know what we were going to get, but we wanted a place where we didn't have to necessarily "rent" or share with another family for this vacation. This house did not disappoint. It is so charming and adorable, and for a great price. We loved it so much, we booked it immediately for the following year! I don't want to recommend it because I want it to stay available!
