My family loves this house. It's very close to the beach and the town. My kids (15 and 12 year-old) love to be able to bike everywhere. I really like that the deck was gated on each floor for our little dog to be outside with no worries. The only thing that I would do to improve the house would be to put a dehumidifier on the 1st floor.

We were pleasantly surprised to see that what we viewed online was exactly what we arrived to. The house is clean and in good order with more than enough kitchen supplies. The pool was wonderful with all our kids. Everyone enjoyed the options available to us with the beach so close, the pool, the shopping (and Duck's Donuts) just down the road. I can't pinpoint just one thing we liked best, and the only thing we found difficult was the door to the laundry room was hard to open from outside, but I have no doubt that'll be fixed in short order. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Duck.

We enjoyed staying in this vacation rental home which was within walking or biking distance to the beach or downtown Duck. The pool, hot tub and deck were terrific. The house was not fancy but was in good condition, comfortable and clean. Being in a cul-de-sac it was quiet without the noise of being on a main road. I highly recommend staying renting this house.

The home is great with a quiet setting and great amenities. We loved the tv room, hot tub, and pool. We were also delighted to be able to bring our dog and that the property was non-smoking.
The reason we did not rent this year is the walk to the beach is simply too long for the older members of our group. It was inconvenient to have to drive down unload and drive back. Then walk down to the beach afterwards. There was no parking by the beach access.
A great property if the members of your group don't mind/ are able to walk to the beach! It is walking distance to the center of Duck!
