The house is well kept and furniture is in very good condition. Three floors allows lots of space for our families to live in. Locations is perfect. Walk to shops & restaurants, the Duck City Park and Broad walk across the street and a nice walk to the beach access!

The property had everything we needed. 13 0f us with ages from 4 to 78. Floor plan allows for family time and 'quiet' time when needed. Great location to shops and restaurants and beach/sound. Very clean and well maintained.
We've stayed here many times. Always great! -

This year we came early in the month. Water was cold. There were difficulties with the house, bugs in downstairs bath and bedroom, a/c didn't work on 1st and 2nd floors. All was repaired. This was our 2nd stay at the same house. We like the ability to have a pool for the kids. Our family likes the Duck area. As long as the grandkids want to vacation with us, this is where we will go. All in all a good week.

What can i say but ants...Ants were everywhere. Mainly in kitchen but also in living areas. It was ridiculous + gross. Would never go back to the house unless I was an ant. Resort Realty didnt respond great to our complaints. Still waiting for resolution to the situation. Very disappointed this year. As of now would not recommend renting this house or any other property through Resort Realty.

There were eleven of us including our dog. Great location because we all spent time in and out of the town center. We rented a golf cart which was great to get us and our things down to the beach. House was functional. Could have had more items to cook with. Needs new toaster and refrigerator - we handed in a form stating so. The house was really nice except for the carpeting. The carpets are very stained. With the house up for sale, that is our guess on why all things are not tip top shape as we have experienced in other rentals. We will be back to OBX but will search all available rentals prior to our next stay.

Nice location. Very good access to shopping and the park in Duck. Can almost see the sound from the porch and only a short walk to the beach. House is relatively private. House allowed pets. Duck is very pet friendly. Only 15 minutes to kitty hawk.
