This home was perfect for us...close to the beach, shops, grocies, and attractions south of Duck. The house was conviently laid out for our family with little compliants. Our biggest concern was the upper deck, which has aged due the sun and weather and possed a threat of splitters. Other than that, just perfect.

Enjoyed the use of the bikes, hammock and outdoor games. Close to shops and beach. Could use more TVS in case of bad weather. Enjoyed the movie collection on the rainy days.

We hadn't been to the Outer Banks in several years. With my oldest daughter having graduated from elememtary school we decided to vacation there again. As a gift, we allowed my daughter to bring several og her friends; yet we still had enought space to invite my sister and her son from Atlanta.
The location of the house was just perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach, but close to shope and stores, including a bakery, for the girls to have fun shopping. The house came equiped with everything we required too keep the whole group happy. It ghas a large enough family room to promote togetherness, but with enough quite corners, inside and outside, to be alone with a good book.
Thanks for giving us a chance to rent the house.
