The area is really nice for a family, we liked that it wasn't a party atomosphere especially since we had lots of small children. We really liked the home in Duck and thought it had a great set up for various families within one home. We did not like the check-in time or the check-out time. I think it was rather deceiving to say that you had the house from Sat. to Sat. because a party can't get in until after 4:00 p.m. and you have to check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Sat. so you really only have the house from Sun. to Fri. But have to pay for the Sat. to Sat. Also our home was not very clean when we arrived and by then (for our group) we were so tired after driving for many many hours we just wanted to be in the house so we didn't say anything.

We really liked the house ... plenty of room and very comfortable. Wish it was closer to the water but the walkway to the beach made it an easy stroll.

House was very nice; but needed some attention to carpets and furniture cleaning. As usual, houe could have been cleaner, This homes kitchen supplies leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen supplies, dishes and glasses need to be updated.
