Richmond VAPeaceful large retreat

The cottage was a perfect size and the pool area was wonderful. We enjoyed having a gas grill to cook on. The one large disappointment was the lack of bar ware. Only 2 wine glasses and that was it! It a shame to have a wonderful bar setup and wine refrigerator and no accessories...we bought 4 more wine glasses to help out the next renters. Cleanliness was not as we have had in the past with rentals..the carpet was in need of cleaning but we realize we were there near the end of the busy season. One of the master baths had mold all over vent and back deck had quite a few ashtrays full of cigarette butts... would we rent again? - yes.

Over a decade my family has been vacationing in OBX, and the Leap of Faith is by far the best house we've stayed at! From the layout of the house to the decor within it, from the spacious pool area to the private baths, this house had it all! Private road with zero traffic and more amen's in the house then we ever expected, this is going to be our vacation spot in 2012! We've been around...it doesn't get any better than this for the price!
