This cottage has two bedrooms consisting of one double with en-suite shower room and a twin with en-suite shower room meaning four people can relax in comfortable surroundings. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with beams, along... with a shared utility room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for one car and a shared patio with garden. Set in a group with four other lodge apartments, Kestrel Lodge is the perfect holiday home for visiting the Exmoor National Park.

Town: East Anstey is a village set in stunning countryside. Just four miles away is the market town of Dulverton. Within the town is the River Barle, which flows under a Grade I listed, 3000 year old clapper bridge. Also on offer in the town are medieval streets, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and tea rooms. Further afield are the breathtaking Exmoor National Park, excellent beaches and the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.
All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Extremely kind and helpfull hosts who provide us with a very well appointed flat that was in first class order. We enjoyed the cream tea after a very long journey.The house and flats are set in their own well kept grounds which are being re-vamped after disease in the trees. Excellent amenities nearby in Dulverton and the surrounding Exmoor.As over 70's the stairs were a challenge especially when wet.
