We rented the house for 5 persons but I would recommend it only to 4 as there were only 4 chairs in the sitting-room to put around the table. For our meals, we took a folding-chair for the garden in addition which was not very comfortable. The emergency-bed for the 5th person wasn't very comfortable either and took a lot of space in our sleeping-room.
Otherwise, the kitchen appliances were not very fashionable but still operative.
I would recommend the house for somebody who is fond of the landscape but does not demand very much of the accommodation.
lovely place. relaxing and peaceful

Cottage lovely and clean. Very homely with everything you would need for a holiday. Comfortable, like home from home. Lovely setting with great walks and coastal views. My family and I had a fabulous time and would go back again.

Picking up the kay and finnding the cottage all went well. The cottage was spotless and well equipped. The seclusion was the most enjoyable thing for us. The scenery was breathtaking and the coming and goings of the sheep that surrounded the cottage added an interesting dimension. It was great base to go and explore Sutherland and Caithness.
