We are located in Maple Bay on Vancouver Island in the Cowichan Valley midway between Victoria, the capital of BC, and Nanaimo. The original house, built around 1905, has been recently renovated with a major extension added. The house sits on 3.65 acres with a wooded area and seasonal creek. The valley is famous for its vineyards, fishing, hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking and golf. Two hours to Mt Washington for fabulous skiing. The local leisure centre offers ice-skating, fitness facilities, swimming and water slides. Vancouver is 1.5 hours away by ferry or 20 minute by float plane.
