Sleeping ten people in four bedrooms, this detached cottage near Duncannon is in a rural location in Kilbride hamlet. O’Sullivan Cottage is a detached property set in a rural hamlet called Kilbride, 2 miles from the seaside village of Duncannon. The property has four comfy bedrooms – two doubles and two family rooms each with a double and single bed. One of the doubles has an en-suite shower room, and there are a further shower room and bathroom in the property. One bedroom and one shower room are on the ground floor. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area with views of the garden. The sitting room is cosy, with an op...en fire. Outside is off road parking for 4 cars, and a large lawned garden with furniture, swings and a BBQ. With the beach at Duncannon, Hook Head Lighthouse and the town of New Ross all within easy reach O’Sullivan Cottage makes a lovely family base for exploring Wexford.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  A beautiful house - very well equipped, plenty of space, quiet location where you can appreciate waking up to noises of the countryside (birdsong, occasional tractor but who cares?! horses on early morning ride to Duncannon beach - all very relaxing). Otherwise hardly any other passing traffic. Within walking distance of Duncannon and small golf course along quiet country roads with hedges on both sides, - probably other places too if you're feeling energetic.
  Locals are very friendly and helpful, keen to strike up a conversation should you wish. None of the aloofness which you can find so often abroad.
  Owners were there to welcome us and had left good pointers to local eateries and attractions in file.
  We did one 'long' excursion to Blarney - excellent value and day out for all the family - and several to local small coves and beaches. Larger towns provided interest and good shops. Top of my own list however has to be the ferry at Ballyhack: convenience, scenery and excitement rolled into one!
