Two double bedrooms: one with twin beds, with en-suite, the other with a king size bed and a single bed. Family bathroom with shower over bath.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Wheelchair friendly, free WIFI, baby cot available.
The sitting room has two sofas with a small balcony that can be used for smokers if required.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over the festive period. The apartment was ideal for family and friends to visit and stay over. The apartment was emaculate and fully met my requirements. The location is excellent and ideal for the town centre. Annie was very helpful on my arrival and during my visit, I would be happy to stay there during my next visit to Dundee.

We found the process of booking the apartment very straightforward and upon arrival we were greeted by the owner annie who had left us the essentials of tea, coffee, milk etc. which as we had arrived quite late on a cold October night very welcoming. The apartment was all we had hoped for. It was clean, tidy, well equipped and is situated in a quiet location with wonderful views over the River Tay. The town with it's shops and restaurants is only a short walking distance away. We would definitely stay here again should we come back to Dundee.

We stayed at this very nice apartment in City Quay Dundee for two weeks. The views were very nice. The apt was very well fitted with everything we needed. Downtown was a short 10 min walk, Train and Bus were only short walk away. The owners were very helpful, explaining everything about the unit we needed to know. I would defiantly stay here again.

We recently stayed at this apartment when we were visiting our daughter at the University. It provided us with a very convenient location and terrific accommodation, in which to enjoy some much needed relaxation. Annie was very welcoming on our arrival and we quickly settled in to the spacious and comfortable apartment. We will definitely stay here again. Unlike some other places we have stayed, this looked exactly as it did on the website.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner she was friendly and very helpful we were shown around and reassured that if any problem should arise not to hesitate and contact her immediately.
The apartment was nice, clean and tidy and equipped with all amenities. It was ample room for us all(2 adults 4 children)
Lovely views of the Tay Bridge and Fife. Walking distance to city Quay and restaurants also 10 min walk to the city center the nearest grocery shop 5 min walk. (petrol station)

My first impression of this 2 bedroom apartment was that it felt warm, a real home away from home. The place was spotless and we were greeted by the friendly owner who kindly left us some tea, coffee, milk etc as well as some delicious flapjacks. We were shown around, had some basics explained and assured that if there were any problems, they would be fixed immediately. We had no problems at all. The apartment is situated in a great location too, within walking distance to wonderful shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay, marveled at the views and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Reservation/booking process very straightforward. Owners very friendly and hospitable, we didn't have any issues, but they reassured us that any problems we should contact them straightaway.
5th floor apartment (with lift) overlooking River Tay with a lovely view. Quiet location walking distance to the City Quay side and restaurants. Apartment very clean and tidy, it had everything you needed available and in excellent working order, plenty of home comforts.
Only slight inconvenience was that there was no local shop nearby for milk/essentials).

This apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. We were given a warm welcome on arrival, and shown where everything was. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a stay of any length and was furnished to the highest standard.
With Dundee centre only a five minutes walk away, this is an ideal place regardless of whatever transport you arrive by. The train and bus stations are only a stones throw away and taxis are very reasonably priced.
We were in Dundee for the Blues Festival and so being so close to the centre of Dundee meant that we were able to come back to the apartment for meals and not have to eat out all the time.
Riverside apartment is ideal for couples. families and people of all ages as access is easy and parking right outside the main door.
We will definitely be returning here if we are ever in Dundee again - all of the luxury of a hotel with the added bonus of having the whole apartment to relax in.

As former residents of Dundee we found the Riverside apartment both comfortable and relaxing,as a bonus the views of the River Tay were

The apartment has lovely views, is well equiped and comfortable and the landlady is helpful and friendly. About a 10 minute walk into thecentre of town with 3 good restaurants about 5 minuted walk away.

My husband and I stayed at the Riverside apartment during an extended stay in 2011. We had business at the University of Dundee, and this property offered us the convenience of being close to downtown Dundee and the University with modern amenities. The bonus was having a beautiful view of the River Tay and Tayport.
The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. We enjoyed the extra space and were able to entertain family and friends. The wireless internet was a plus, and we had access to our own washing machine right in the apartment.
The property is within walking distance of bus lines, the train, and Dundee attractions and shopping; however, some american travelers will have to get used to walking a little more than usual. We didn't mind and actually enjoyed the daily strolls along the River Tay where we saw seals bobbing in the water.
The area was peacefully quiet. Annie, the apartment owner, was helpful anytime we needed something, and she made us feel very welcome. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend this property.Response from annie stewart - 04/01/2012
