Casa Flores is in a great location on 30a. Inside the Vizcaya community, Casa Flores is just steps from the pool and then the boardwalk to the beach.
Casa Flores is three levels with sleeping arrangements on each floor. Most everything you would need during a stay here has been thought of.
The only negative thing we have to say is there was a lack of detail when it came to deep cleaning. Floors were stained and rugs were worn down, sand and huckleburs present, but we found a vacuum and took care of those details.Response from Southern Vacation Rentals - 11/02/2012

House is nice only complaint would be the kitchen is too small. Great beach access and nice pool. Could use more towels but overall a good place to stay. The people at Southern vacation rentals are really great to work with. I will definetly rent from them again.

The location was great. The pool is next door. the beach access is across the street. The home stated relative cool and comfortable. The garage is a littel tight for access, so may not be conducive to large Suvs.
We had a great vacation at this home. Unfortunately, the home needed some maintenance. There were five or six light fixtures that did not work. The faucet handles were loose in all bath rooms. One broke mid week and we lost the use of that shower while a new handle was ordered. The rugs and carpets in the home could also use a good cleaning.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Casa Flores. The house is beautiful and very well planned even for a stay with little kids. It's literally 30 seconds from the pool and 2 minutes from the ocean!!!! The pool is large and great for swimming!!! The beach is absolutely beautoful and not crowded at all since all subdivisions around have private access. The location of the house is very convenient: it's close to grocery stores, like Publix and pharmacies if you have an emergency. It's only 10 monute drive form Watercolor and Seaside, so on a rainy day you have smth to do with kids. Awesome, awesome, awesome! We have stayes at different locations and subdivisions between Destin and Watercolor over the last 5 years and Casa Flores is the best one we have rented!!!! Southernresorts specialists are very responsive, very attentive and helpful. Thank you, thank you! for our great vacation.

Our stay at Casa Flores was fantastic! It was the perfect family vacation home, and it will be a fond memory for a lifetime for us. In addition to being beautifully furnished and spacious, Casa Flores is in a wonderful private gated community with a fantastic pool and easy beach access. The location on 30A was ideal as it was right between Seaside and Sandestin.
