This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1380 square foot home is located on historic 3rd Avenue, a 5 minute walk from the Durango train station in downtown Durango. It has secured access and covered, secured parking. It is on the second floor with access via stairs and an elevator. The floor plan is open with an L-shape kitchen, dining, and living area and fireplace. With 2 large bedrooms and two full baths it easily sleeps four ; a pull-out queen sized sofa bed in the living area sleeps two more. This house is absolutely amazing. I took my husband here for as a surprise for his birthday. It was so much nicer than I expected. Very spacious, clean, and new! The location is absolutely incredible and unbeatable! It's less than a 5 min walk to all the fun stuff on Main St. There's a grill on the patio, which we used. I highly recommend this condo, you will not regret it!!

The townhome is very clean, and has a homelike feel to it. All of the furniture is new and in great condition. It has all the amenities you would need for cooking, grilling etc. The internet and TV are super easy to use since there are instructions.
One of the best things about this townhome is the location. It's within walking distance to all of downtown and main street- restaurants, shopping, bars. -

We come to Durango every year for the Ironhorse Classic and until this past year stayed in the Best Western due to the convenience. We have 3 small children so have outgrown the Best Western! This condo was amazing. It was so nice, clean, supplied with everything we needed, perfect location, and an excellent price. We loved everything about it and have already booked it for next year.

The condominium was wonderful with everything our family of 5 needed for a week stay. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. It was large enough that we could spread out and find a quiet spot to read, etc. The location was great as it was just a short walk to downtown Durango, making it very easy to come and go. The condo was clean and making the reservation was very easy. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Highly recommend this place. Very nicely decorated, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to all of Durango's downtown attractions. If within your price range, book it now!

We were wll pleased with our accomodations. Everything in the condo was very nice and comfortable. The location was great and very convenient to downtown and the train. It was very quiet with no noise from our neighbors or the outside.

The townhome was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was larger than we had expected. The location was great! We walked to the train depot, area restaurants and shops. We enjoyed rafting on the animas, a ghost town jeep/train tour, and spent an enjoyable day at DMR. While everything was furnished, you may want to request extra bath towels or bring your own. One set was provided for each guest but it would have been nice to have a spare set. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the townhome to others.

We took our granddaughter to Mesa Verda. We have stayed in many condo all over the country and believe this is the best one ever. The location was perfect. Eveything you could ever need was in the condo. It was quiet and very secure. Checking in and out was so simple. We would definately stay there again. Thanks for making our trip perfect!

I was surprised at the quality and attention to detail of this property.
It was spacious, nicely decorated and in a great location. It is a really cute
town, with plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
The kitchen was so well equipped, it was easy to cook and prepare meals,
spices and all in the condo.
I would definitely recommend this property and location. -

Our family had the wonderful opportunity to stay in this beautifully furnished condo.I love everything about this place it is so cozy you feel you are right at home. This is our second stay here and I can tell you this is the best location right in the middle of town just a walk to everything,fine dining or casual restaurants, candy shops, trendy clothing stores, hair etc.. no need to drive. This place is so close to skiing, biking, trail, & horseback riding. We will be back for a third stay next year!!!!

I loved staying in this luxurious townhome in one of my favorite towns. The townhome is so inviting and comfortable. I really liked the d?cor and furnishings, and we had plenty of room. We were also just a sort walk from downtown Durango, and the best way to experience downtown is on foot. Durango Mountain Ski Resort is only 25 miles away so we could go skiing/snowboarding anytime we felt like it! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in beautiful Durango. I can?t wait to go back!

I travel frequently for work, so I have high
expectations.
I stayed 5 nights in this condo; and it was great.
The building looked new. The parking was easy,
secure and clean. There is an elevator going up;
and I never waited long for it.
The condo was stylish and comfortable. The leather
sofas in the picture are quite comfortable. HD TV.
There's a grill on the patio. The kitchen is
decently equipped. It has a breakfast bar from
which you can actually serve breakfast. Friendly
dining table is as it looks in the pictures.
Both bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms
were large and really clean and really nice.
My wife is reminding me about the laundry machine
in the unit and that we couldn't hear any of our
neighbors; this is important because I'm a light
sleeper.
Legitimately stylish, but comfortable. And the
location was really good.
When I was there it was all snowed in; so I can
tell you that every where is an easy drive and the
streets were well-maintained.
Except for snow, this place is an easy walk to
coffee shops and ice cream, shopping, saloons and
some really good restaurants.
We got a great value and had a wonderful time. -

I had such great time staying at this place. It is not only immaculate, but also very comfortable and well furnished with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and had plenty of dining room. We also took advantage of the BBQ grill out back. Everything in the condo was in great working condition and we never had any issues. Besides being such a nice place to stay, it was so close to downtown that we didn't have to drive (even in cold weather!). Needless to say, this place met my expectations and much more. I am looking forward to staying here again in the very near future. Thanks for making our stay so nice Sandra!!

When I arrived at the condo I was surprised by how well furnished and well kept the property was. There was a full set of dinning wear, silver wear, coffee mugs, cups ect. which made it feel more like a home than a rental. The beds and furniture were all very clean and comfortable and my husband enjoyed the large television and surround sound. Another asset to the condo was its close proximity to downtown. We could walk a few blocks to get anything to freshly baked bagels for breakfast to a fancy dinner out with. All the restaurants and stores were a couple minutes walk away. It offered the privacy you want when you are at home but the convenience of being close to downtown. The condo was beautiful, we loved it!
