Within the Ferringway Resort Condominiums, you will find Casa de Durango. It is close to downtown Durango (1.3 miles), Fort Lewis College, Hillcrest Golf Course, and hiking trails are available just outside the condo.
This tastefully decorated and fully equipped unit features a spacious living-dining area with fireplace, complete operational kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and can conveniently sleep one to five people. The Casa de Durango provides a pristine, comfortable place to appreciate and enjoy the beauty of Colorado for a cost of less than a single room in a nearby hotel.

We would definitely stay here again. It was like the pictures and as described. It is on the second floor with steps to climb. However this allows for a better view from the living room window.

The condo was great. Right next to Fort Lewis college and a quick drive or even walk into town. Huge 60" tv and blueray DVD player in the loving room. Only 1 bedroom, but there is a sleeper sofa and a futon in the living area so it was perfect for our family of 4.
