Our condo is clean and comfortable. It's a perfect home away from home. You will love it because of it's quiet, convenient location, as well as it's pristine condition. Parking is right outside the front door. There is also access to a tennis court and covered gazebo w/grill on the grounds.
There are good quality beds/bedding to assure a good night's sleep, large bedroom closets, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, porch, patio & deck.

At our peaceful environment you'll be able to catch a sunrise across the Animas River valley, as well as hear the river flow in the evening. And yet you're just 10 minutes from Durango, and 5 minutes from Trimble Hot Springs and lower Hermosa Creek trailhead.
Also, the quaint Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad passes nearby. You can wave to the passengers! We're located close to numerous beautiful hiking and biking trails, great fishing spots, and 15 minutes from skiing and other activities at Durango Mountain Resort.
And if you want to relax away your time in the San Juans, we offer many creature comforts to make your getaway all that you are hoping for.

Great central location, far away enough from Durango to give you some solitude and yet within minutes of town to enjoy the food, sights and sounds. Lots of natural beauty to enjoy, gorgeous mountains, cold streams, hiking, hot spring baths, lots of good food and very friendly people. I would recommend making a day of it going to Pagosa Springs alternating between the hot springs and cool San Juan River that runs right by the hot spring and then enjoy a meal at one of several nice restaurants. I would also recommend a day trip to Silverton enjoying the mountain drive, several waterfalls and great local flavor restaurants. Go to the right saloon and have a beer where the "Duke" John Wayne frequented while filming in the area and see the hat he wore. We also enjoyed river rafting the animas River right into to Durango, ate lunch and enjoy soaking in the Trimble Hot Springs on the way back to the Condo. We also visited the Black Canyon and Four Corners. The condo is roomy with full kitchen, two baths and 3 spacious bed rooms. It has all the amenities of home. Go, we enjoyed one of our most relaxing and exciting vacations. We will return!!!

Durango is one of my favorite places to vacation, and this condo is a perfect home away from home. I have stayed here summer, fall and winter and loved it every time. Located just north of Durango in Hermosa, it's an ideal location for the outdoor sporting enthusiast. Hiking, skiing, river rafting and mountain biking are all just a short drive from the condo. If you are able to shuttle cars, be sure to take a bike ride from the condo down 250, a beautiful road that runs along the animas river and will take you right to downtown Durango. And after a long day of activities, I love to soak in Trimble Hot Springs, a 5 minute drive. The condo is comfy and well appointed with a full kitchen, 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms. I have stayed here many times and will continue to on my future vacations to Durango.

It was a perfect location--far enough outside Durango to feel we were in the country and close enough to be handy. It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
