PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Divine Leisure Two-bedroom condo at Oceania resort is a little piece of heaven located on the second floor just a stone's throw from the water's edge. This exquisitely furnished condo is the perfect serene setting to enhance leisure, relaxation, and vacation entertainment.
This unit sleeps 6 adults and has a master bedroom with a divine view of the ocean from its relaxing king-size bed. Large built-in closets feature drawers, shelving, and ample storage space with plush robes and plenty of bath towels provided for your comfort. This bedroom is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a ceiling fan, internet access with an antique desk area to meet the needs of those that must stay connected to the real world, along with a 40" HDTV. The second spacious bedroom hosts a queen-size bed and one single sofa-bed. This private enclave of course also has built-in closets, a 40" HDTV, internet access, and a private fully tiled 'en suite' modern bathroom for a refreshing delight.
The spacious living/dining room with an L-shaped leather sofa-set including a chaise lounge that provides a perfect sunset view of Eagle Beach. The 54" flat screen HDTV affords wonderful hours of entertainment. The dining area has a 6-8 seat high-top (pub-style) table that allows formal dinners to be enhanced by the Aruban sunset. A full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with all gourmet cooking accessories and marble countertop includes bar seating; the laundry (washer and dryer) and storage corridor lead to a full third modern bathroom. There are also two balcony terraces (adjacent to the master bedroom and the living/dining room) each with spectacular ocean views. This unit provides you with 1,600 sq. ft. of living space.
A code-lock safety box sized to fit a laptop computer; free broadband wired and wireless internet, stereo set, and cable TV are all provided to enhance your divine vacation. This unit provides ample beach towels, chairs, and rafts to help you relax and enjoy your vacation. You will not be disappointed with your little piece of heaven on earth. This unit is located in the Boca Catalina (=beach-side) building on the second floor.-Sleeps max 6.
This unit is adjacent to the Absolute Luxury Two-bedroom condo (BC254) and the Ambiente Elegante Two-bedroom condo (BC256). THUS IDEAL FOR LARGER GROUPS THAT WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ADJACENT ACCOMMODATIONS (ALL UNITS TOGETHER HAVE 6 BEDROOMS, 9 BATHROOMS AND SLEEPS TOTAL MAX 18!).
THE RESORT
Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort has 3 large swimming pools and a kid's shallow pool surrounded by sunny and shaded lounges areas. The 2 beach access gates are only 25 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort amenities include 2 fitness rooms, a sauna, a business center, and a kid's playroom. Enjoy free parking within the secure 24/7 gated complex. Sports enthusiasts have access to tennis, racquetball, squashball, pickleball, and padel courts at no cost (bring your own equipment).
