PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Tropical Penthouse One-bedroom condo is the only 1-bedroom PENTHOUSE (TOP-FLOOR) of the entire resort; all other penthouses have two bedrooms or more. The tropical-themed living room has a queen-size sofa-bed, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat cocktail table. The living room also proves access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view and BBQ-grill. Furthermore, accessed through an internal spiral staircase, there is a private tiled roof terrace stretching over the entire condo, with terrace furniture, a 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a majestic ocean view! This unit has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet. The bathroom with a shower is located in the corridor. There is also an in-room washer/dryer facility.
This unit provides you with 950 sq. ft. of living space, plus 1,200 sq. ft. of private roof terrace space. A code-lock safety box (large enough to store a laptop pc), free Wi-Fi, two cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player and an iPod compatible stereo set (bring your iPod if you have one!) are available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Grandi (beach-side) building on the fifth or top floor. Sleeps max 4.

Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort has 3 large swimming pools and a kid's shallow pool surrounded by sunny and shaded lounges areas. The 2 beach access gates are only 25 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort amenities include 2 fitness rooms, a sauna, a business center, and a kid's playroom. Enjoy free parking within the secure 24/7 gated complex. This penthouse is indeed the only 1-bedroom penthouse in the entire resoert; actually, it's the only beachfront 1-bedroom penthouse condo in the whole of Eagle Beach, for sure! All other units with private roof terrace with hot tub and BBQ facility are 2-bedroom or larger. Surely delightful for occupancy of 2, even though couples with one or two small kids have stayed here comfortably as well. The Eagle Beach right in front of the resort really gives the final magical touch to this unit.... Thank you for this nice review! Alan.
