PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Beach Garden One-bedroom condo is a unique one-bedroom unit destined for families and lovers of outdoor living in a tropical environment! This unit has a great master bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closets, and a bathroom with an indoor jacuzzi and a shower; a living/dining room with a sofa set (including a queen-size sofa-bed) and 6-seat dining/bar table; a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with bar; a laundry/storage/facility corridor. There are two private terraces/patios, and an abundance of garden space, which includes lounge and patio furniture, a large 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a full-size (gas) BBQ grill, all in a setting with a nice ocean view through the tropical landscaping!
Free Wi-Fi and two cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom) are all available for your comfort. This unit provides you with 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 800 sq. ft. of private patio, deck, and garden space. This unit is located in the Eagle (=beach-side) building on the ground floor.-Sleeps max 4.
