Excellent ... I had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful holiday with my family, excellent apartment has all the amenities a family needs, the rooms complete with linens included, all electrical appliances in excellent condition, the perfect location, the condo well, the perfect pool and gym. My next vacation will not hesitate to perform in the same apartment. Thank you very much for everything and for the excellent care.

We had a terrible experience with this unit and owner. There were so many problems with both, I don't know where to start. To begin with the condo is not "steps" from the beach, and its views (other than a narrow view of the distant beach) are of derelict construction sites, the dilapidated and graffiti covered remains of what looked to be burned out buildings and an abandoned water park ... lovely. We arrived and found the apartment to be lacking in basic necessities such as bath linens, and a bag of smelly garbage from the previous tenant left in the foyer. The plumbing did not operate properly, there was no wifi for 5 of the 7 days we were there and the condo "hot" tub was cold the entire time, and we had security concerns. We attempted to contact Boset for several days to arrange to meet with him about these issues, but he made repeated excuses until we hung around half the day and tracked him down in an attempt to meet with him on day 4. Worst of all, he added a surcharge for using Flipkey (not identified as such on our final bill) which he did not mention in any of the previous paperwork or discussions via email we had. When we questioned him about this he became belligerent stating that we could object if we wanted to!!! Who wouldn't object to an additional charge slipped in a bill without agreeing to this prior? I would not recommend this condo to anyone!!!

Las mejores vacaciones de mi vida en familia en un apartamento exclusivo, de muy buen gusto y con las mejores vistas. Super equipado, no le falta de nada.
A solo pasos de la mejor playa de aruba (Eagle Beach), condominio de lujo con gimnasio y bellisimas piscinas.
No dudo en volver a rentarlo en las proximas vacaciones.

The best family holiday ever in this exclusive and tasteful apartment with the best ocean views. Fully equipped, not lacking anything.
Just steps from the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach), luxury condominium complex with gym and beautiful pools.
