We have stayed at the Island View II for 2 years in a row now! We love the location for our annual snowmobiling trip...having direct access to the trails! There is plenty of room for our large group of family and friends that go every year. The home is cozy, warm, and private (while being close to town as well)...and we appreciate all of the amenities that are included. We can't wait for our next trip!

When we arrived at Island View II we were blown away by the beautiful lake view. The yard looked like lots of fun could be had there. Our grandchildren (ages 5 and 7) were not only excited about the water, they were happy to see a sand box and a swing set. Some of us couldn't wait til dark to try out the inviting fire pit area.
After our survey of the outdoors, we entered the house and were so pleased with the large deck that promised great views of the yard and lake and also outdoor grilling and dining. The interior met our needs perfectly with room to spare. We appreciated many of the fine amenities not the least of which was the washer and dryer.
Our family had a great stay and can't wait to return. -

We had such a wonderful time at your beautiful lake home on Scattering Rice Lake. The kids enjoyed the swing set outside, bonfire with smores and wonderful pontoon boat rides at sunset. We saw lots of wildlife including 5 bald eagles, a bear and her two cubs - we kept our distance, a deer and her fawn, and otters by the pier. The weather was a little tricky that week but we entertained ourselves with puzzles and trips to the old fashion ice cream store in town. We will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual family trip!

Great views of the lake plenty of room very clean well maintained. If you want to get away and relax this is the place.
