      Pet friendly means pet friendly!

Left on 11/25/2012 for a stay in November 2012

A lot of rentals claim to be pet friendly, but the benchmark is truly set by Cindy Beeley's rental apartment. We didn't need to bring crates, bowls, or water buckets; Cindy had everything set up. There were two fenced areas, including a big one with some agility equipment, and a wonderful trail through the woods. The apartment felt airy and warm even in late November. Cindy herself is a friendly, gracious host and makes you feel as though you've known her for years within hours of meeting her. The star of it all is Molly the Tervuren, a beautiful, energetic, fun doggie welcome wagon. Our dogs ran and played with Molly to exhaustion and, as anyone with dogs knows, a tired dog is a happy dog. Molly is sweet with dogs and people alike, and her ability to feel out the canine newcomers and know what they will find fun is uncanny. I would recommend autumnview to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a quiet area, but I'd especially recommend that anyone traveling with doggie companions consider no place else. Autumnview is the perfect choice.

      Wow!

Left on 10/10/2012 for a stay in September 2012

If you love nature, peace and quiet, wildlife, huge trees, wildflowers, rolling green lawns and the freshest air, this is the place for you.

My 12 lb. puppy dog and I are residents of Gold Canyon, Arizona. We had the pleasure of calling autumview our home for 42 days, August 26 through October 7, 2012.

The accommodations are extremely clean, well-appointed and secure. Sleeping is a pleasure.

Watching the deer, squirrels and raccoons morning and night from every window was a daily treat. The hooting of the two barn owls on the full moon added to the peaceful ambiance. Take a stroll out back through the woods and relax by the pond. Your dog will love the two fenced areas on the property.

A perfect location -- parks are plentiful. Within a seven-mile radius of autumnview, we visited a different park every day of the week! Western New York is a cornucopia of sights; foods; shopping; museums; hiking trails; beaches; wineries; the best restaurants; bars; antiques; flea markets; fishing; -- whatever. I experienced them all from this fabulous location. Cindy supplies a 600-page travel reference book, "Western New York" from which I've found many places to visit.

Autumnview is one of the best kept secrets in Western New York. I am so glad to have found my "home away from home" and will stay here again.

Thank you Cindy (and Molly) for your extreme kindness, sharing of your beautiful home, your knowledge, warmth and hospitality!

Cindy (owner) and Molly (co-host) are both delightful. Our stay was extremely enjoyable and Cindy dog-sat our puppy during some crucial times we needed to be out. The grounds are gorgeous, there exist fenced in areas for play and even beginning agility training. The apartment is fully furnished, spotless, and very comfortable. Our australian Shepherd is very young and Cindy and Molly soothed her separation anxiety while we were out. We simply could not recommend a better place to stay with your pet!

Hidden Garden and Home away From Home

Left on 06/06/2012 for a stay in May 2012

I am going to try and capture our trip in a few words! Harem, (our akita) my husband, and I stayed at autumnview, our stay there was for 10 days. We are already planning our next trip, for a longer period of time. After staying at an extended stay hotel for over a month, we really missed having a home. As soon as we met with the owner and her lovely dog, my husband (who is in Buffalo on business) and I knew her apartment would be perfect for us! I can't say enough about the owner and her kindness. Our dog, became a gentle giant bc he was so happy to run and play on her beautiful property and be in the pond!!! It was paradise in so many ways! The apartment was more than clean, had so many pots, pans, and more things than we could possibly have needed!! It was truly home away from home! The area of East aurora is lovely!! Town, dining, the parks, everything was just perfect, all the while close enough to downtown to go there daily for work! I can't begin to describe all the wonderful things about our stay, except the fact that we are returning and are excited to be back in the area!!

      Great lodging with wonderful grounds

Left on 12/18/2011 for a stay in November 2011

We stayed at autumnview Lodging for a week while finishing packing up our household and getting ready to move West. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. Better still, Cindy welcomed our 50 pound dog and made all 3 of us (me, my husband, and dog) feel right at home. The grounds include a large grassy area along with a pond and wooded area. Our dog was delighted with the space and we enjoyed feeling like we were truly out in the country-- even though East aurora with its restaurants and stores was an easy, quick drive away.

I love up state New York, AutumnView, And East aurora!

Left on 09/01/2011 for a stay in July 2011

We had a fabulous time during our five week stay at autumnView. It is a lovely, serene place where you can relax and feel far away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet only a few short miles from quaint, beautiful communities. Our autumnView apt was very well appointed, very new, modern and clean. The grounds are incredible- green, wooded, peaceful. Deer and squirrel can be seen almost daily from the windows of this wonderful place. A must stay for anyone needed to get away from the hustled, harried pressures of life. Great restaurants, pubs and shopping can be found in nearby East aurora, Orchard Park and Buffalo. Niagara Falls and Canada are also a 40 minute drive away. We can't wait to return to autumnView again next summer!

Autumnview is doggie Nirvana! Lots of room to run and play ball, as well as a pond to race around and hunt bull frogs in. The dogs dictated that we spend most of our time outside, they didn't not want to go in at the end of the day.

It's a great place if you're traveling with dogs...or without. The apartment is very comfortable and homey, with all the comforts of home.

      The dogs loved her.

Left on 06/09/2011 for a stay in May 2011

We stayed in the apartment during the Memorial Day weekend. The owner greeted us as we pulled in her driveway. She was very pleasant and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment and it was very nice and clean. We had our 2 dogs with us and she provided us 2 crates and dog bowls. She dogsat our 2 dogs Fri & Sat along with her 2 dogs and treated our dogs as they were hers. We can tell how happy our dogs were. They absolutely loved her very much. She definitely went above and beyond her duties taking care of our dogs. We hated to leave the place because we all felt relaxed staying there and our dogs had so much fun. Our 15 mo old puppy refused to get in our car and kept going back to the door to the house. It surprised us that he communicated how he felt about his stay. We will stay there many more times in the future. I highly suggest you book a reservation.

Autumview is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay - quiet and serene, out in the country. Away from the bustle of the city but close enough to local attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Love the kitchen, it has all the amenities of home so you don't have to eat out if you don't want to. Cindy is very helpful in providing information on local attractions, restaurants, etc. It is a great place to stay if you have a pet - with spacious grounds to exercise your dog on. Recommended highly!
