Newly constructed 2 bedroom cottage on the ocean. This cottage has a private setting with its own sandy/pebbly beach and a haul out for a small boat. Beautiful views of Linekin Bay, especially at sunset when the sky will often be pinks, purples and oranges. The wrap around porch provides the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views, good food and drinks with family and friends. A large well maintained yard provides a place for a game of croquet or Badminton.
