HEART WINDS HOUSE is a lovely, country custom home on 50 beautiful acres just minutes from Burke Mountain Ski Area, East Burke Village and directly on the famous Kingdom Trails recreational network. X-C skiing, biking and hiking trails right out the door connect to Kingdom Trails branch that runs through our property. Perfect for nature lovers, outdoor recreation enthusiasts, history buffs and world-wide travelers looking for someplace special and something a little different. Rates and Dates are thoroughly detailed below the description!
Offers complete privacy, yet just minutes from East Burke Village for fine dining, shopping and recreation. Easy access off I-91 makes a quick 2-3 hour drive from Boston or Montreal.
Sunny, bright, tastefully decorated, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, second floor loft with fold out couch, entertainment system, cathedral ceilings, pine floors and beams, jacuzzi bath tub, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, sun-room, wrap around front deck, covered back porch and second floor balcony, all surrounded by forests, farms and fields with a picture perfect view of Burke Mountain. A great place for year round fun, a sense of adventure and total relaxation. High speed wireless internet and internet TV with unlimited streaming of Netlfix and Pandora, BluRay / DVD players with small on-site movie library.
The Maple Room - downstairs, bigger bedroom has one king or two twin beds with large bay window, sitting area, Internet TV with BluRay/DVD Player and private ensuite bath.
Poplar Room - downstairs smaller bedroom has queen size bed, bay window with chair and chest, Internet TV with BluRay/DVD player and shares the downstairs bathroom.
Spruce Room - upstairs has queen bed, french doors and private balcony with bathroom immediately adjacent.
Please Note: Heart Winds House is our primary residence and is only available at certain times of the year, so please check the calendar for available dates.

WHOLE HOUSE VACATION RENTAL
- CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS HOLIDAY RATES - (1 week minimum)
Any one week period between December 13th, 2018 and January 2cnd, 2019
$2200 per week (includes all taxes, cleaning fees and utilities)
-WINTER RATES - (1 month minimum)
January 3rd, 2019 through April 2, 2019
WHOLE HOUSE VACATION RENTAL
$3000 per month (includes all taxes, cleaning fees, utilities and snow plowing)
- FULL WINTER SEASON - (3 month minimum)
Any three consecutive months between January 3rd, 2019 April 15th, 2019
$2500 per month PLUS electric and heating oil. INCLUDED in rental rates for seasonal rental are: propane, internet, land-line phone, snow plowing, cleaning fees and taxes.
- HOMESTAY OPTION - NOT AVAILABLE DURING 2018
THE MAPLE ROOM - for one or two guests with king size bed. It has a large bay window area with small sitting area, full private enduite bath, access to living room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace, sunroom, dining area, front wrap around deck, back covered porch and 50 acres of homestead property comprised of meadows, forests and fields with trails. There's is also a 24 hour "Refill Station" with hot and cold beverages and sweet and savory snacks available to guests and light "Continental Breakfast" of various assorted cereals, yogurt, fruit, toast, baked goods and hot and cold beverages is served each morning.
$90 per night one or two persons. Includes all taxes, cleaning fees and utilities.

RENTAL HOME POLICIES:
We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to insurance coverage restrictions, health and safety concerns, and cleaning issues:
a. Pets of any kind are NOT permitted.
b. Smoking is NOT allowed ANYWHERE in the house or on the property.
c. Automobiles, Snowmobiles, ATVs, Motorcycles and other Motorized vehicles, are NOT allowed anywhere on the property EXCEPT in the designated driveway and parking area.
d. Hunting, Trapping and Shooting are NOT allowed anywhere on the property during any season.
e. May not be suitable for children.
f. Fires are restricted to indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ unit ONLY.
g. Security Deposit required; fully refundable per Rental Agreement Terms for Vacation Rentals.
