Hurricane Policy: In the event that guests are not able to stay in the condo unit as a result of a hurricane, the owner will provide a full credit to be used at a future time to be determined between the parties.
Travel Insurance: You are advised to purchase travel insurance, which is offered by AAA, American Express, and many other companies.

My Huband and I had the pleasure of spending 10 days in Sherri's Villa. I was very impress with the cleanliness of villa. I must confess that I packed cleaning supplies however did not use any. We are planning to return in November. Sherri is a wonderful host... She made us feel as if we were visiting a friends home. My husband even commented "Sherri has thought of everything just like you do when we have guest". Thank you Sherri for being an awesome hostess... Hope to see you later this year!

Great place to stay because of wonderful staff and terrific location to Ford activities in Dearborn. They have a shuttle to take you where you need to go and leave the traveling to them. Didn't mind getting us to dinner that night either. Exactly where you want to be if you are looking for something close to the Henry Ford Museum. Discount on tickets and room rates helps as well.

We spent nearly a week in this delightful condo in Feb. 2013. From the first, we were pleased with the attentive care of the owner to be sure our vacation would be one to remember. Sherri did a wonderful job of getting all the info we needed prior to arrival. The house is in a great location and well cared for. Although it is airconditioned, it sits where the tradewinds come drifting through and keep the condo very comfortable. There is plenty of space inside and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed for those days we wanted to cook our own meals. On the same property is one of the best restaurants on the island, The Caribbean Fish Market. We highly recommend it as well.
Sherri was there to greet us even though it was late when we arrived, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The beach below is lovely as well, and it wasn't too crowded when we were there.
It was also handy to have a washer and dryer in the condo allowing us to pack very light for our trip.
We would definately recommend this property to anyone wanting a great place to just kick back and unwind. Of course there were days we enjoyed some exciting adventures such as the zipline, hiking and snorkeling.
The grocery store is close by and we were pleased with the friendly staff.
Sherri - thank you for making our vacation one of excellence!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Sherri's condo on Cowpet Bay. The view was unbeliveable and it was great to sit out on the deck every morning and enjoy our coffee and breakfast. It's a very spacious and comfortable condo. We stayed with my brother and sister in law and the set up of the condo allowed us our own space but also a nice common area. The condo was very clean and it felt like coming home to your own home. We didn't lack a thing. All the amenities were what we needed and then some. Sherri was very informative and helpful with any questions that we had before and during our stay. The beach was very nice and the waters were calmer than on other parts of the island. We also enjoyed snorkeling off the shore. The next time we come back to St Thomas we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Sherri.

Our St. Thomas vacation was a memorable one! Sherri was a great host and answered all of our questions and was always available if we needed anything! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The view was also gorgeous! You are very close to the beach, just need to walk down a few sets of stairs to reach the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. We spent most nights relaxing in the hot tub and loved every minute. The restaurants around the pool/beach area are also very good and reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend renting a car and taking it to St. John for the day, the beaches there are spectacular and it was nice to be able to travel around the island on our own time. We received a discount from zip rental since we were staying at Sherri's condo! You are also very close to the town of Red Hook which was a fun little town and you must go to Duffy's love shack for a unique drink! Sherri has many amenities at her condo, including laundry which was a bonus! She also had swim noodles which came in handy when snorkeling on the beach. The beach at Cowpet Bay had some really good snorkeling and I would recommend bringing your own snorkel equipment, otherwise the resort will rent to you. This was our first time staying on St. Thomas and Sherri's condo exceeded our expectations! We have had vacation rentals in the past, but have never experienced a host as accommodating as Sherri and I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

From the time of booking to the time we checked out, our stay at Sherri's beautiful condo was a dream vacation. Sherri is a fabulous hostess and the condo is impeccably clean and equipped with everything needed. From hairdryers and corkscrews to beach towels and a cooler for a picnic at the beach. Sherri was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. We celebrated a 30th anniversary, 50th birthday, and one year anniversary/honeymoon for our daughter and son in law. The condo was perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy and space. The location is beyond beautiful, the view from the deck is post card material! The snorkeling at Cowpet Bay was some of our most enjoyable during our stay. Great food at Sangria's and Caribbean Fish Market right on the condo property. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family and anyone wanting a dream vacation.

We had a great time in St. Thomas and it was made even better by our stay at this wonderful property! The property manager that greeted us was very friendly & helpful getting us settled in. She also had some great tips about where to go & what to do on the island. The condo itself was amazing. It was very clean, well maintained and it had every single amenity you could imagine. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning and just enjoying the great views.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering renting a condo/home in St. Thomas!! You will not regret it! -

Great place to stay - felt at home. Condo has everything you need. Beautifully decorated - spectacular view. 2 good restaurants on beach. Short walk to the Ritz for an afternoon dinner or lunch. Very easy to call for Taxi to do some shopping if desired. Just great for a relaxing beach vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

This spacious condo with it's breezy views of the ocean and "location, location, location" didn't disappoint. We loved the space, views and proximity to a variety of activities. The condo layout was ideal for my family. Our teenage boys had their own beds and bathroom. My husband and I had the master bedroom next to the ocean. At night we'd fall asleep to the sound of waves and the relaxing cool ocean breezes. Fabulous location - central to everything we wanted to do. 1 mile from Red Hook - shops, restaurants and the ferry. We like to snorkel and visited several beaches on St. Thomas and St. John's. Our favorite day was an excursion on a private boat to the nearby Bvi's on "Big Blue" with captain Mindy. Some of the best snorkeling is in the Bvi's - swim with turtles, beautiful schools of fish, rock formations and if you're lucky you might see a Manta Ray. Highly recommend it. Another awesome family memory was when we rented jet skis. We were waiting on the dock for the group before us to return - turned out to be Stevie Wonder and his family! And no, Stevie was not driving. Taking the jet skiis out to the open ocean is thrilling. St. John beaches are gorgeous, make time for a day trip over to the island. If you want to rent a car plan ahead - especially on St. John. You can't take rental cars from St. Thomas to St. John. The taxi system is easy to use on both islands but having a car on St. Thomas gave us a lot of freedom. At the end of the day we "came home" to our view and spacious condo. At night our boys would go down to the beach or spend time in the pool and hot-tub. We can't say enough good things about how great it was to find this condo. A hotel room - even a luxury hotel, can't compare. Two thumbs way up from my family.

I was on a short break in St Thomas in March 2012 and I was lucky enough to find a few days availability. What a great place! I am a clean freak and used to high end hotels for business travel so I am always a little nervous entering rental accomodation. However I was delighted with the clenliness and the standard of this accomodation. The apparment is well furnished and the view is fantastic. Sitting on that deck either eating breakfast or evening drinks watching the sun go down is perfect. Sherri (owner) lives near by and very helpful and accessible. The lovely beach is a few steps away. I wanted advice on a couple of things about the island and she was sooo helpful. The highest recomendation from me. Perfect for a couple or family. Incredible value for money too! -

I still can not believe that yesterday morning we ate breakfast in this condo and now we are home and our vacation in STT is just another memory. We have visited STT over 40 times spread out over the last 15 years and hope to retire there someday. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into this condo and met Sherri for the first time. It is such a lovely location. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental was there and a lot, lot more. Most important to us was how clean the place was. No detail was too small for Sherri to overlook. There was an information binder at the front door. An excellent Flat screen TV/Entertainment system was a pleasant surprise. Free Wye/Fi was a nice touch. More cooking utensils than anyone should ever have to use on vacation. We bought charcoal to use on her grill but didn't have a lighter. A box of matches was in the closet. Flash lights were in there too. I am sorry to say that we needed a first aid kit when my wife cut herself. The "kit" was in the closet. The listing description was as accurate as one can be but it is difficult to describe how beautiful the view is. The grounds of Cowpet Bay West are best described as manicured. It is an explosion of color. The beach is private and beautiful. It was a short drive to Red Hook with all it's fine dining and bars. Duffy's is the best night life on the island. We are seasoned travelers and I am not bashful. If I had anything negative to say about this rental, I would not hesitate. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. I will be staying here again.

Just stayed at this property and couldn't ask for more! Rooms were spacious and clean, kitchen was loaded with utensils and kitchenware, and harbor view from the huge balcony was simply breathtaking no matter what time of day or night it was.
Property is located a very short walk from the beach and beachside bar, restaurant and shops. A short taxi ride (~5-10mins) will take you to Red Hook, that has a variety of restaurants and shops to choose from, as well as a ferry terminal.
I definitely want to come back to St. Thomas again and I am positive I'll stay here again! -

My gf and I with another couple stayed at this place during Rolex Regatta 2012 and we had a really great time! Sherri was very friendly and flexible with the check in and did her best to meet our schedule.
The place has very pleasant design in Caribbean style, amazing view from the huge balcony (probably the best view on the island), convenient location with 5 min walk to a beach, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The resort is safe and guarded 24 h.
This place and service definitely exceeded my expectation and made it a great vacation!

Our recent stay at this property was outstanding. The photos are a true representation of the condo and its location. The view and the beach were among the best in St. Thomas. The owner was exceptionally responsive throughout the entire process. Having never used internet booking and never having been to St. Thomas we were a little apprehensive. Once we arrived we were completely at ease after talking with the owner who met us at the condo and helped us with all our questions and concerns. Everything you could possibly need or want for your stay is furnished at the condo (even a few extras greeted us). We mentioned we wanted to go on a charter fishing trip and the owner put us in touch with a great captain (aka "Johnny Malibu") who took us out for a wonderful, productive day of fishing and sightseeing. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a vacation spot in the best location of St. Thomas.
