My first visit to the Hamptons could not have been better. After reviewing several rental homes I came across Hamptons Vacations. Their selection of rentals was good, but ultimately was drawn to the home Island View. Normally I would not rent a house for a week, sight un-seen. However, in the several conversations I had with the owner, I became completely comfortable with knowing it was going to be great. On the day of, meeting the owner, picking up the keys and finding my way to the house was very easy. Once there was abolutely thrilled with the property. Impeccably clean, great space, wonderful view across the harbor and awesome pool out back. Later when my friends arrived they were equally impressed and gave the house big thumbs up. The layout of the house was perfect for four friends. Open living spaces and comfortable ensuite bedrooms. We so much enjoyed the property had no desire to go to any of the beaches. Spent the hot days lounging around the pool. We had dinner in each night. The kitchen is large with good appliances. There is a fantastic setup out back next to the pool. With a gas grill and outdoor dining.
On the topic of service. I had several large, heavy boxes shipped ahead of arriving. The owners accepted the packages and kept them several days before my arrival. They were so nice and helpful with all of my many questions. By the end of the stay I considered them my friends.
After a wonderful week, was sad to see it end. Thank you very much to the Kaufman Family for a wonder vacation. -

The house is immaculate, well-furnished and family friendly. The owners are responsive and helpful. We love East Hampton but we spent a lot of time at the house too because it was so inviting. Fun pool area with beautiful views. Spectacular sunsets over the water. Not too far from town, but feels remote.

My family and I have stayed at properties owned by Hamptons vacations annualy sinse 2006. We have been universaly impressed by the profesionalism of the Kaufman family, the beauty and quality of the residences, and the tremendous conveience and diversity of the area.
The Kaufmans are perfect hosts. They promptly and courteously have addressed all of our needs over the years, while never imposing themselves.
To be fair I should disclose that our family now considers the Kaufmans good friends. This is a testament to what wonderful people, and business owners they are. They have allowed us to come to view their home as our home away from home.
