Beautiful pool/very large outdoor Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Central A/C, fireplace, walk/bike to beautiful, private Bay Beach on Gardiner's Bay as well as to Cedar Point Park, a 600 acre preserve. The house is a short 5-10 minute walk/bike to beautiful, private Bay Beach on Gardiner's Bay as well as to Cedar Point Park, a 600 acre preserve. Amazing neighborhood in Northwest Woods of East Hampton. It is a short 10 minutes drive to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor. The house is located about 15 minutes away from Ocean beaches including East Hampton Main Beach and Atlantic Beach.

I have stayed at several rental properties and was wonderfully surprised when I walked into this home. I have too often walked into rental properties where the livingroom, kitchen and dining area look like they are ready for the trash rather than guests. However, at this property, I found the furnishing and atmosphere to be very warm, clean,inviting and very functional. The property manager, Diana Lipsig, was very gracious,accomodating and professional. I highly recommend this home.

We have rented this house more then once - but never in the cold weather. It is a beautiful bright sunny home that is very peaceful. We brought some logs for the fireplace and got comfortable. There was a new BBQ grill right outside the back door that was fantastic! We were thrilled with the renovated lower level! It has a new bathroom that has a big steam shower in it! Hard to get my husband out of there! Also new was the amazing surround sound and projection TV - it was like having out own movie theater. The house is just a few blocks from Cedar Point Park which is just lovely. We go out to the Hamptons for R&R; - and even though we had a short stay we were so refreshed and happy we felt like it had been a lot longer get-a-way. Our other stay with our friends was in the summer - basically I lie by the pool and swim. I love this house and we will be coming back for another stay as soon as possible.

This house has it all. It is very spacious, yet has that cozy feeling inside. We loved the BBQ grill, deluxe kitchen, jacuzzi tub and the pool! It has all the amenities that we could ever imagine and it's tucked away in a lovely part of East Hampton, walking distance to the beach surrounded by trees! Thank you! We'll be returning again.

This Hampton's property completely exceeded my expectations. The house was in impeccable condition, spacious (slept all 14 of us girls) with plenty of room to spare, modern, relaxing and definitely fit the mold of what you would picture a perfect, "East Hampton,” retreat to look like. Besides paying an extremely fair price for this beautiful retreat, [the owner] went above and beyond her role as the owner to all of us. She provided us with suggestions of places to eat and things to do (being that I am not from the area), and was not only responsive to my questions and e-mails but quick to reply to them and always available. I would without a doubt stay here again. Also- the amazing hot tub with great views of the well-maintained property was a nice additional bonus:). Thanks for a great weekend!

I rented Diana Lipsig's house several times and each time I fell in love with it a little more. Coming from NYC I truly appreciated the natural surroundings, the fact that I could walk to the bay beach and that the pool and hot tub were always pristine and ready to use. Inside, I loved the décor, it was just my taste... gorgeous!! Diana has always been helpful and trustworthy, a joy to deal with. I cannot recommend this house more highly!!

We walked into an immaculate, light and airy home, warm in feeling with wonderful views of a party ready pool setting complete with hot tub. Though it was too cool to swim in March, we did enjoy the bubbling of the hot tub surrounded by cool air and serene surroundings.
The house was totally equipped from the large screen home theater, to the beautiful dishes, to the Keurgig coffemaker, to the most chef worthy gadgets and tools. The beds were so comfortable. Every need or want had been anticipated by the owner. Everything worked as it should, barbeque, t.v., all appliances.
We took long walks, to the beach and through the 800 acre preserve behind the house. Then we made a fire and just relaxed.
While some rentals feel like just that, rentals, [this property] felt like a home lovingly cared for by it's fastidious and delightful owner.
