This comfortable family home is on a residential street, convenient to shopping and beaches, both fresh & saltwater. It’s only an 8-minute walk to a small public beach on Long Pond and Mill Pond. This property features a lovely private backyard with a patio. A nice open floor plan adds to the charm of this cute three bedroom, two bath home. Expanded cable TV service and beach chairs are provided. *NOTE: Additional fees for this home are a $75 Processing Fee and a $55 Security Assurance Fee.*

We had a great week here. It seems to be primarily used by the owners and family, so is very homey and does not have the feel of a rental. There is a full finished basement with bath that was great for the kids to play in and is not shown in the pictures. We were six people and did not feel at all crowded. There is enough sleeping space for twelve. There is a large yard with hammock. While there is some traffic noise in the backyard (not the house), it is generally well-located within walking distance of a pond beach that is plenty deep and pleasant enough to swim in. There is a major supermarket nearby. It's close to Chatham and points on the outer cape.
