Spring special--Book any week until June 15th for $1300 per week. Custom Saltbox style Cape Cod Vacation home in Harwich with central air conditioning in a private setting. It located at the end of a quiet street and yet it is convenient to Pleasant Bay, beaches, shopping, Brewster and Chatham.
Attention to every detail has been considered. Equipped with everything--state of the art appliances, furnishings and ammenities. My brand new husband and I rented 22 Charlene Lane in Harwich for the first week of our honeymoon in early November 2012. We absolutely could not have been happier. The house was exquisitely clean and furnished in a lovely modern style, while still being very sympathetic to the traditional Cape style. We really wanted to stay somewhere we could just relax after our wedding, and this was perfect. We spent a lot of time cooking, watching films and sitting out on the deck in the beautiful back garden, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. We also found the house very well located for local amenities. Neither of us drive, but we could take the bus to nearby towns like Provincetown, Orleans and Yarmouth from Pleasant Bay Rd (a very short walk from the house) or from the nearby Stop and Shop. We loved spending time in the local Harwich area too - lots of good places to eat and beautiful trails to walk around. When we arrived at the house after a (very) long day's journey, we were really touched that a bottle of wine, plus tea and coffee had been left for us. The only negative thing I'd say about our whole stay is that we had to leave at all! It was wonderful and when we return to the Cape, we'd love to stay in this very special and beautiful house again.

This home met all of our expectations.Its description on the website is exact and true.
We booked it with Joanne at New England Vacations who always returned our phone calls and e-mail requests.She was very helpful and understanding .
We will be returning next year.
This home's location is ideal for those who enjoy driving to various towns on the Cape as it's situated just off of highway 6 exit 11.It is close to the highway but the neighbourhood is very quiet.
It is also very close to a shopping centre(Stop 'n Shop),
movie theatre and a major pharmacy to name a few .
You are never too far away from
whatever it is you want to or need to do on the Cape.
