This charming , classic log cabin sits right on its own private, sandy beach on the desirable south arm of the lake.
You can relax and enjoy waterfront living on either of the 2 large Trex decks overlooking the private sandy beach and beautiful lake! Enjoy fishing off of the extensive 150 foot private dock with a bench and swim ladder at the end.
There are plenty of open areas in the yard for games,and mature trees for relaxing in the shady two-person hammock with your favorite book.
There is a basketball hoop, a gas grill, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture... on BOTH DECKS, as well as on the beach.
Enjoy s'mores every evening while sitting around the firepit on the beach. Also on the beach are 3 boats for your family to enjoy!

Inside this log cabin you will find a lovely traditional knotty pine interior and stone fireplace, for that truly 'Up North' feel.
The open floor plan allows the whole family to enjoy the stunning lake view through the large picture window that extends across the lake side of the house.
You will enjoy the new hardwood-type Pergo floors and new area rugs.
This ideal vacation home has two bedrooms, plus a loft with 3 twin beds that the kids will love (our 3 kids do!!)
There is a KING bed in one bedroom, a QUEEN bed in another bedroom, and THREE TWIN beds in the loft.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a new dishwasher and a breakfast bar.
Everything is very well maintained and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!! Our family takes our vacations here, too, so our standards are high!
Water skiing , swimming, boating, sunbathing, sailing, tubing, windsurfing, and 'the best fishing spot on the lake' are just steps away from the front door.
THERE IS NOT A ROAD OR STREET BETWEEN THE HOUSE AND THE LAKE !!!
THIS TRULY IS A LAKEFRONT HOME SITUATED AT THE WATER'S EDGE!!
THE PRIVATE SANDY BEACH TRULY IS PRIVATE (not just a thin strip of rocky beach in plain view, a few feet from the road)
Bring your ski boat, or rent one of the ski boats, pontoon boats or jet skis available at the marina just 1 mile south of here.
There are so many fun ways to spend the days here, just to name a few...
Jump into your boat and cruise north on Lake Charlevoix, passing the Ironton Ferry then heading into Round Lake, then continue on through the Pine River Channel out into Lake Michigan. From there you can explore many places along Lake Michigan such as Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Little Traverse Bay.
It is so much fun to park your boat at the courtesy docks to explore any of the three unique downtown areas on the lake - East Jordan, Boyne City and Charlevoix.
Enjoy fishing, where you will find 14 species of fish, including walleye, bluegill and yellow perch, just to name a few.
This area is known as Michigan's 'most beautiful area in the state for Fall colors', which you can enjoy while hiking, biking, walking or hunting.
If you enjoy snow skiing, Boyne Mountain is just 15 minutes from our door! Also in the winter you can enjoy snowmobiling on the many miles of well-groomed trails.
Bikers, hiker, runners and walkers will love the Little Traverse Wheelway path that is 29 miles long, and runs from Charlevoix all the way to Harbor Springs.
The pristine Jordan River is just 3 minutes away, where you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking and rafting.
There are so many choices of fun things to do around here, but truly you may never want to leave this great location, because the setting is so perfect.
Very important...there are NO ROADS between the house and the lake. You will NOT need to cross a road to get to the lake, and you will NOT be sitting on the side of a road when you are on the beach. This house truly has a private grass yard and private beach, situated away from busy roads.
Lake Charlevoix is known for its 'million dollar sunsets'
and is nicknamed 'The Beautiful'.
