Hampton Court Guest house has 12 elegantly decorated double rooms and one family suite, sleeping 4 guests. Four of the double suites offer sea-views and two of the double suites have their own private patio (non-sea facing). All suites have lovely, new en-suite bathrooms with modern and stylish fittings. Every suite also includes a TV with selected DSTV channels, tea and coffee facilities and a ceiling fan.

Our self-catering accommodation offer spacious living with a large lounge/diningroom, 2 bedrooms -one queensize bed one twin and a great kitchen plus its own verandah. The self-catering apartment is one the ground floor giving it e...asy access and its own secure parking.

Our rates include a Continental or Full English Breakfast which can be enjoyed in the dining area which offers guests an amazing view of the ocean. We also have secure off-the-street parking on our premises Separate rates apply to our self-catering accommodation.

Hampton Court is within walking distance to all the beachfront restaurants, pubs and a Spar. Visit the East London Aquarium or the museum, or simply enjoy a walk along the Esplanade, as you take in the beauty of our wonderful coastline.

Hampton Court is a 1920’s landmark, which has recently been beautifully renovated into a luxury beachfront guest lodge, with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and conveniently situated within minutes to local amenities. Dolphins are often sighted from our balcony by guests as they enjoy an early morning cup of freshly brewed coffee or a well deserved ice cold beer after work. Centrally situated on East London’s beachfront makes for easy accessibility in locating our Lodge and navigating your way through the beautiful city.

We offer between 15% and 20% discount on 
Weekly and Monthly rates.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit of the FULL ACCOMMODATION COST or Travel Agent Voucher, to secure your reservation. The voucher or payment advice for the deposit to be faxed or emailed BEFORE ARRIVAL. Credit card authorisations can be used.Cell phone number & expected time of arrival to be advised. Our reception hours are 07h00 to 19h00. Later check-ins to be advised in advance so that arrangements can be made. Any cancellations to be in telephoned in first, followed by fax or email notification.

Cancellation Policy
No show – 100% of full accommodation cost
1 day before arrival - 100% of full accommodation cost
2-7 Days before arrival - 50% of full accommodation cost
8-14 days before arrival - 25% of full accommodation cost
15 Days or more – Full refund of deposit

(all refunds will be subject to a 15% Admin fee)
