This is a newly-renovated, newly-furnished home & was supplied with all the 'amenities' of home!! We enjoyed our stay & the location. The owner of the property thought of everything for our comfort!!
May I respectfully suggest to the Realty staff to let customers know they can check out by putting their key in the box at the office. We didn't see it & were waiting around for the office to open at 9:00 a.m. We called & the very nice answering service woman told us we could drop off the key.Response from The Rental Company at William Raveis - 10/16/2010

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your rental property. Also thank you for your suggestion in reference to the dropping of the keys. We now hang a sign on the front door of the office to make sure people checking out before 9 am realize that they can drop there keys in the white cabinet. We hope to see you again next year !!

We were very happy to find a home that would be less than $2000 for a week since we were not going to take a vacation down the Cape for more than that and even that is a expensive. The home was lovely, very low maintenance to care for during the week and a snap to clean up when we left. We were on a very quiet street/dirt road street and a short walk from several different beaches and a nice place to sit and overlook the ocean.

As my wife and I have been going to Cape Cod for over thirty-five years. We are now into kayaking and the location of this rental was just about perfect. It was a short walk to Priscilla's Landing which made it easy for us to take our kayaks to the water. And, it was an easy stroll to take the steps down to the ocean beach. The house itself for nicely decorated and furnished. The location of the property also added a bit of privacy which was nice.
