Lovely, well maintained home located a short distance from the the village of East Orleans. Tastefully furnished with antiques, very well equipped and only 1.5 miles to Nauset Beach. A perfect retreat for a small group. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, plus an outdoor shower. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1000 per week in season. They say location, location, location and this cottage has it all. Very comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, waher and dryere in basement, quiet, walk to East Orleans, short drive to Nauset. Friendly people at the office. I wish they supplied linens as we fly from Ca but I guess one can't have everything...

This house is clean, beds are comfortable, conveniently located. Two TVs - which is great when you have kids; one is in the garage, so kids end up playing in there, then mom and dad get some quiet time in the living room.
Bathroom could use some updating and living room furniture could be replaced.
The price is fair -

This property was a great deal for us as "50+" renters. We have grown children with partners that will come and go over the two weeks we stay at the Cape. This property had a great layout with a very useful, user friendly, comfortable living room and dining area. Kitchen was more than adequate. Master bedroom was very roomy and comfortable, second bedroom was adequate for our needs. Lack of second bathroom somewhat limiting, what would be great is a significant upgrade to the outdoor shower facility (we have stayed at other places were the outdoor shower was clean, neat, well-painted, with a good concrete slab base and well outfitted and therefore was heavily utilized by us). The finished garage with screened door, picnic table set-up, grill, and chairs was a really nice touch.
We had issues with the cable TV reception and the drier would not automatically shut-off.
Great location for the Orleans area- quiet with limited traffic and you're very close to beaches, restaurants, and other Cape amenities.
