Beautifully decorated, bright contemporary home with an open floor plan, and modern amenities with a wonderful Deck. Located at the end of a Cul-De-Sac, enjoy the easy access to Nauset Beach, yet close to town. 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 4 Twins) and 2 bathrooms. NO PETS ALLOWED. $2400 per week in season. Love the house but for two years in a row the beach has been closed due to birds. It is very stressful to book a house and not be able to enjoy the beach that is close by.

The house we rented was very nice. Bright, spacious, great open floor plan for socializing. The perfect size for 6 guests. It was a very convenient trip to the beach, and the street was very quiet as it is on the end of a dead end street. The house was very well equipped with kitchen items, utensils, cooking items, etc. More so than we expected. The only down sides are that the only 2 air conditioners are in the upstairs bedrooms, and the house can get quite stuffy. The use of fans is a must. Also, the only access to the washer and dryer are from the outside of the house through the bilco doors into the basement. There is no access from inside the house.

Cape Cod was fantastic, the beach was great and the house was just perfect for our needs. We kept the house clean and we thought we would have received a deposit back, since it is already almost November, but have not received anything back yet. We would love to book again, but will not if we don't receive our deposit back or any word from the rental company why they have not sent it.

Sorry for any confusion. We are generally no longer collecting a refundable Security Deposit. Chances are you paid what we call a $55 Property Damage Protector. The house was nice but during our stay the ORV to Nausett Beach was closed. Our whole week was spoiled due to the beach being closed due to the piping plovers. We love the Cape but too many seals and birds restricted our stay. We might try again next year but if it is closed again we will vacation some where else.
