Bright and spacious ranch style home with an open floor plan boasting tiled floors, vaulted ceiling, berber carpets, and nice-to-work-in kitchen. Inviting furnishings and full amenities offer a comfortable stay. Quiet area, .25 of mile to Nauset Harbor yet close to town & activities. 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1900 per week in season, $1750 per week for shoulder weeks, and $1500 per week off season.$55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee, $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).
