Just over a mile to Nauset Beach and close to the Village of East Orleans, this wonderful vacation home has a private tennis court and sleeps 8! A bright and renovated kitchen opens to spacious dining area and living room. The first floor bedroom has a full bed, and full bath. 3 additional bedrooms upstairs (1 Queen and 4 Twins) and one bath on second floor. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Upstairs Bedrooms have AC window units. Nice yard, deck & new Outdoor Shower complete the package! Wi-Fi also available. NO PETS ALLOWED. This home rents for $2500 in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage, $60 Handling Fee (fee’s non-refundable).

We had a great stay, thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court after a day at the beach (or sometimes before). Great location for us, as it was close to Nauset, but not on the main road. House was well stocked with books and games if the weather had been poor, which luckily it was not.

We have rented this cottage three times and it is perfect for our family of two parents and four children ranging in age from 10 to 20. Big kitchen with adjacent dining room; living room with enough seating for all of us to watch a movie together; great deck and yard in very quiet neighborhood, plus nice tennis court; ten minute walk to Village Farm Market (produce, meat, fish, wine, baked goods, deli, etc.) as well as pizza place, nice restarants, ice cream shop, post office, etc.; five minute drive to Nauset Beach and maybe ten minute drive to Skaket Beach.
