A gem in East Orleans! This "Upside Down" home is just what the doctor ordered to turn you "Rightside Up" again! The top story living space has a cathedral ceiling, hardwood flooring, lots of sunny windows, comfortably furnished living area with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath and a deck. The main level has 3 bedrooms including a master with walk-through closet to a private bath and sliders to a small deck. Two other bedrooms contain a set of bunks and another queen. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths - 2 Queens, 1 Set of Pyramid Bunks (top twin, bottom double) and an air mattress. $100 Administrative fee.

Great house. Reverse layout is exceptional with all of the amenities of home. Large open interior space. Quiet street with beautiful landscaping and plenty of yard for the children to play after a day at the beach.
We're renting this property again this year (2011,2012) and near certain that we will never look for another property to rent. This place is awesome.

My family of 4 (my husband, kids aged 5 and 7 at the time and I) plus my parents (in their late 70s-early 80s) secured a mid august 2011 week in January 2011. The home is well outfitted and the layout worked for our family configuration. While otherwise clean and comfortable, the quilts and shams were dusty but we were able to wash easily. Our only other and big complaint was that the landscaping was mid way in process whilst there and inclded no hammock time or ability to enjoy the back yard. Big miscommunication transpired with Sotheby's and owner. Sotheby's expected my vacationing family to provide daily updates on the landscaping driveway construction progress and make any complaints directly to the owner? No way - we were on vacation and at the beach.
6months later after much haranguing Sotheby's refunded less than 10% of our rental fees. The owner was not particularly cooperative. We will not rent thru Sotheby's nor this owner again.
