This home has a finished lower level with den, bedroom, half bath, laundry area and WIFI. Easy ride to Sandy Neck Beach and area shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet area with mostly year round residents and set on a corner lot Bedroom 1-Queen, Bed Bedroom 2-Two Twins, Bedroom 3-2 Twins.

Cute house with plenty of space! A nice walk to Sandy Neck. Outdoor shower is nice after a day at the beach.

We were very pleased with this place. The house had all the amenities and the neighborhood was very quite. The beach is not exactly close but we like walking and it is only a mile and a half to the beach. So, walking to the beach was a good exercise.
Service was excellent. The landlord had even made the beds with sheets and everything. This was a pleasant surprise on arrival.
Sand Dollar Realty has probably the friendliest web.site, including on-line reservation and handling of the contract.
Overall 5 anderson is an excellent choice for people who prefer a quiet location away from businesses and don't mind walking more than a mile or driving to the beach. -

I will be staying there again as everything was perfect! So convenient to Sandy Neck Beach, Sandwich, and the
Greenbriar Jam Kitchen. Very peaceful and there is plenty of room! A truly wonderful place to spend your vacation!
