Newer home located 1/2 mile from the beach on a quiet side street in East Sandwich, MA. First floor bedroom with a Queen bed, full bathroom with tub and shower and laundry, lovely kitchen with stainless appliances, wine fridge and dishwasher. Dining area with slider to the furnished back deck and living room with gleaming wood floors, ceiling fan, electric flame glow fireplace and comfortable leather furniture. Second floor has 2 additional bedrooms both with huge walk in closets and full bathroom with a tub and shower. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other one has 2 Twins and a set of bunks. We stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks in July. The house has ample room and is very spacious and modern. We loved the location close to the beach and all of the local sites.

Nice new home in lovely location. The beach nearby is rocky, but the town is nice and there are better beaches within an easy drive. Our family of four, with two young adult children had lots of space in this house and were very comfortable.

Great place to stay. We were three couples with young kids : that's 11 people. We had plenty of space, a full equiped kitchen, comfortable furniture. The location is great : 10 minutes walk to the beach, sandwich is a nice town, route 6 a is a wonderful ride, and the highway is very close - convenient to discover Cape Cod.
We also had a great service all the way from the bookong, check-in, cleanliness, check-out. We had a great time.

Our home for a week was absolutely perfect. The location was central to everything we needed, including the Heritage Museum, where our daughter and new son-in-law were married. The house was furnished with top line appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful hard wood floors, and was clean and like new. There was plenty of room in the house for the family. The only thing that bothered me was the door to the basement was right off the kitchen and I kept opening it thinking it was a pantry. My suggestion would be to put a latch on the door to prevent little children from opening and falling down the stairs. But then, we're from Houston and basements are unheard of there. We hope to return to Cape Cod and will check availability of this house.

Hi
We stayed in the house at 13 Richards Way and found it to be comfortable with all the amenities you would want. It is in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for walking or biking, and not quite a mile from the beach.
The only suggestion we would have would be to have an outdoor shower to eliminate tracking sand in.
The realtors who rented this property were very helpful, answering questions we had that arose during our stay.
We would highly recommend this property for rental.
