An updated Beachland Cottage overlooking Scorton Creek. The floor plan is wonderful for a family. Walk in to a small yet comfortable living room with a private bedroom to your left with a full sized bed. Continue down the hallway to a set of built in bunk beds for the kids and the bathroom to their left that is updated with new fixtures. Just ahead is the bright, sunny kitchen with full sized fridge, stove and microwave along with all the kitchen things you will need for the vacation week. We have stayed in many cottages in East Sandwich and this one is by far our favorite. The view off the back deck is beautiful. It was wonderful having coffee out there in the morning. Also, the breeze you get coming off the marsh is wonderful. The cottage was clean and bright and was perfect for our family of 4! We can't wait to come back and stay again and again and again!

perfect little house, ideal for a couple, bright and lovely on a quiet street (a dead end) located between the beach and a marsh. we really loved it!
we were near Sandwich town and we founded everything we need: fish market, fresh vegetables from the farm, fine food boutique and good choice of wine.
great location, easy to rent via the sand dollar web site and affordable for cap cod.
