Brand new kitchen and baths and very private setting First floor has wood floors, large living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and granite counter tops. Dining area with slider to back deck, a bedroom with 2 twins and another bedroom with a Double bed, and full bathroom with tub and shower. Second floor has another new bathroom with extra large shower, a bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a large bedroom with Queen sized bed, a private 1/2 bath and Cable TV. This is a lovely cape-style home which is very accommodating for several couples or a family. We had 3 couples staying here, all of us relatives, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is warm and inviting and the neighborhood surroundings peaceful and beautiful. The proximity to the beach is a plus. There are also many things to do that are not too far away such as taking ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. The little downtown area of Sandwich is quaint and enjoyable to visit also. Thanks so much to the owners who share this home with others by allowing people to vacation here. Our vacation was one of the most relaxing we have ever had.

We have stayed at this lovely home two years in a row. It has the perfect mix of family-friendly lay out and nice kitchen and baths. It's tucked away in the woods but just a five minute stroll to the beach. We have toddlers and loved exploring nearby ponds- 3 within a twenty minute drive, with public access and amenities. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for privacy and a nice getaway without paying for luxury.

This is a lovely home away from home. It was very comfortable and has been recently updated. It is close to the beach and within convenient distance of other points of interest. We would definitely like toreturn!
