We have been enjoying the Cape as a couple for the last 15 years. Approximately 8 of them have been in this cabin. Our family thinks of it as our home away from home. We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I have stayed in 193NSB for several years, the reason is location, roominess, cleanliness and ammenities. The location on the beach is self explanitory, but the layout of the cabin brings the beach inside. The windows facing the beach allow you to see the duns throughout the day. The windows in conjunction with the large eating area give you the feel of eating out, but without the sand flees. The bedrooms are as you would expect, but the bunk beds are the rage with my boys. The boys feel very much at home. The cabin has games, books, TV's & a well stocked kitchen which makes even the rainy days pleasant. We really love the cabin and recommend it to everyone as long as they aren't vacationing the first week in July. I can't think of a single negative about this cabin. It really has become a home away from home for my family. We joke that if we won the lottery we would by it, no matter what the cost.

Our family has stayed at this very nice home before and we found this year's stay to be as pleasant as it has in the past. The home's best asset is it's location right on the water, it is roomy and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation stay. There is always plenty of hot water due to the continuous hot water system that is mostly found in Europe. We enjoyed our stay very much and have reserved it for next year too.
The only slightly negative comment that I could dream of would be that it tends to get hot inside the home when cooking. The window fans help, but often fall behind. This small point, however, is far out weighed by the home's wonderful assets.
