This house is roomy and nicely appointed...esspecailly for those who live vintage clocks. They are everywhere. The beach is an easy walk plus there is parking at the beach if needed. The yard and deck allow for outdoor enjoyment for sitting and meals. We're going back.

I enjoyed working with the staff to find 12 Capt. Morgan. They were friendly, professional and helpful. My family enjoyed staying at this home and loved the convenience to the almost private beach. We easily took a day trip each day of the week to other parts of Cape Cod and went kayaking right up the street on our last day. We loved the book store, quilt store and other charming retail places along the highway. Lots of fun.

This was a great property for the value and location. Just minutes from the beach, it was an easy walk with small children. The beach, while a tad rocky, met our needs and was never overly crowded. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious. Sandwich is a great place to stay if you want to avoid massive crowds but still want the Cape experience!

What an awesome week we had at 12 Captain Morgan. We hope to make this 'our' vacation destination for many summers to come. It was our first real vacation with a 1-yr-old in tow and the house was not only perfect for visiting grandparents, but close to the beach, which made lugging all the extra baby gear that much easier. We adore this property, were very impressed with the service from Beach Realty, and would recommend both to friends without hesitation.

The owners obviously take great pride in this home and keeping it updated, right down to the cookware. We appreciated the attention to detail and the bright, beachy feel throughout the house. Our family was very comfortable there and it is super close to the beach. The deck and expansive yard were enjoyed by all. Kids loved what we referred to as the "man cave" in the lower level, complete with bedroom, full bath and large flat screen tv. The outdoor shower was also great for a nice early morning shower in the sun or after a sandy day at the beach . If I had to pick a home away from home, this would definitely be it.

We liked 12 Capt Morgan very much, plenty of room, easy walk to the beach,
beds were excellent. Only thing we didn't like was the enclosed porch off the
kitchen..., we wished it was a screened in porch, we would have used it. As it
is now set up, we didn't know what to use it for! But certainly that didn't
detract from our experience there, the house is lovely and we were very
comfortable there.
