Had great weather over the 4th of July week. Minor problems with the rental. Low water pressure in the bathroom shower. The outside shower made up for that though. Ants also vacationed with us in the bathroom and kitchen. Minor inconvenience that was overcome with some bug spray. Overall very nice location and suitable for family of four. Looking frward to our next rental again on the 4th of July 2011.

Having grown up on the beach of East Sandwich Downs in the early sixties, I was amazed to feel the same atmosphere I had felt 40 yrs ago. Wow, calm, serene, peaceful, friendly, beautiful, fun etc. It was a wonderful experience that I will continue year after year, hopefully at the same cottage. After having a year off due to a unexpected malginant tumor in my lung and being diagnosed with ms, this cottage gave me the opportunity to reflect and to be reassured that life can still be great. when i look this web site i was kind of afraid of renting online , but i call the office and that was the best phone call i ever make , the staff is just the best they give me what i whant and afford , the place that i stay whith my lil girl was beautifull just 2 minutes from the whater , she love the place , and guess what..... i have my reservation for the next sumer if u like a beatifull and peacefull place for ur kids call beach realty . sandro comarella

Coloradook but the kitchen is incomplete

This would be a good little cottage if the kitchen was complete. There is no oven, just a toaster oven. The main refrigerator is a little small but ok however it runs almost all the time. I was uncomfortable using the electric range that's built into the sink... although I never got a shock.
The place was pretty clean and it's very cute. We were very comfortable except when it got hot. There are no ceiling fans to help and the little fans that they provided we put in the windows but they didn't help a lot.
