Beachfront Cottage at highly desired Cape Shore Village at the tip of East Sandwich Beach. Cape Shore Village is a community of 12 cottages that hug the rim of the dune of a spectacular 6.5 acre parcel which corners on Scorton Creek and Cape Cod Bay. This property was newly constructed in 1997, with attention to detail and the commanding views. The first floor has an open Livingroom/Diningroom (that faces the water) with hardwood floors and gas fireplace. The L shaped kitchen is small yet offers plenty of counter space to work with.
