Lovely contemporary Cape style home located in the private association of Scorton Shores. Bright kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area with sliders to the deck. Large living room comfortably furnished with cozy fireplace. Master bedroom with private bath. Two other bedrooms, another full bath with tub and shower and a half bath on the first floor complete the interior of this home. A quick 1/2 mile walk to the private association beach. This home has window AC units for those few hot summer nights. Absolutely NO SMOKING please.
