This was our third summer staying at 115 North Shore Blvd. We absolutely love it! You really can't beat staying right on the beach. We plan our days around low tide, which is what the kids look forward to the most. Sandwich has so much to do--from the Boardwalk to the Jam Kitchen to the Fishery. Great shops in Sandwich along 6a and in nearby towns. Crab fishing in nearby towns is always a great time with the kids, too. It is pricey to stay on the beach, but it's definitely worth it.

Comfortable house but outdated. Really needed internet service but their was no modem, so we wasted some time looking, and then contacting your office and waiting for a response and then a modem.

My family and I along with another family enjoyed our stay even though the weather did not cooperate. This house really made the vacation. The living area allowed us to cook great meals and enjoy games and other indoor fun. The wrap around porch allowed us out doors on rainy days. When the sun finally broke it was an easy walk to the beach which as always we enjoyed. We also really enjoyed the gas fired fireplace on the damp cool nights we experienced. i would recommend this to anyone who wants a beach vacation with some luxury and space.

Perfect place to relax for a week. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Well furnished, in good condition, with everything we needed. This place is right on the ocean, so we didn't need to drive around looking for beaches. it was great to just open the doors and be on the beach to hang out, go for a walk or dip our toes (too cold to swim). Highly recommend this place.
Also, high marks to Maureen at Sand Dollar realty -- very easy to work with. -

This beach house in Sandwich, MA exceeeded our expectations in every way. The house was beautiful. The view was phenomenal. The house had virtually everything you could possibly need or want already in it except linens which you were informed about from the beginning. We used the fireplace every night as we listened to the surf pounding outside our screened doors & windows. It was terrific having a full kitchen & washer and dryer at our disposal. It was private & peaceful. We definitely intend to go back to this wonderful home on Cape Cod. We loved this place!

We had been admiring this house for several years and were delighted to have opportunity to rent it. It is a modern house with plenty of room that is right on the beach with great views of the bay. The general location in East Sandwich is ideal for other activities such as biking, running, bookshops, breakfast, historical houses, etc. Plenty of rainy day activities around too. We highly recommend, especially for families with kids.

The ideal Cape Cod getaway!

This is our fifth summer renting houses on Cape Cod, and this is probably the nicest house we have stayed in. The location off of 6A is perfect. My kids searched for "treasures" every day at low tide. The house itself was immaculate. The master suite was heaven for my husband and myself. After the kids went to bed, we sat on the balcony overlooking the water, sipping wine--we felt like we were on our honeymoon again! We highly recommend this house--great for families, especially families with small children.

Beautiful home and location!

The home is very spacious and beautifully kept. There is a wrap-around deck and views to the ocean from most angles of the house. The neighbors are friendly and Sandwich is a nice family town. Highly recommended for a large family looking for all the amenities of home right on the ocean.

AWESOME PLACE
The BEST ever Cape Cod rental my wife & I have EVER had!
KILLER view, perfect amenities... just incredible. We reserved next
year/same week!
The ONLY negative it is that the master bedroom needs a total
drape so people can sleep in. Too much sun too early!
A very minor glitch... if you even wanna call it that.
Jerry Chambers was very helpful and we will be working with him
often! Great guy!

This was truly an exceptional waterfront home. We could look at the
ocean view from all of the rooms inside. The ocean front deck
allowed us to sit in the shade and the wooden walkway to the beach
was very handy. Although the weather was foggy and rainy for half of
