Nicely remodeled Cape style home with attached garage offering 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a great enclosed ouside shower. Enter through the dining area into the fully equipped kitchen. Living room offers wood floors and a fireplace. First floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. 2nd floor has 2 back to front bedrooms with extra room if needed for a cot or pack n play and another full bath with large shower. Window a/c units in one bedroom upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. This home has a full basement suitable to store your belongings and that's where you'll find the washer/ dryer. Nice house and location. Sand Dollar Realty was very helpful in resolving a minor problem with the keys. There is only about 100 feet of beach that is within walking distance, we ended up driving to another beach instead. The cleaning crew could have done a better job, they overlooked a lot of spots that were dust/bugs tend to collect. All in all, a very good place to stay.

DIning room is really separated from the kitchen and living room. Advertising
pictures showed assembled crib which we requested to have but was not put
together and no directions were provided so we were not able to use a crib for
our 10 month old. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Advertised A/C did
not work. -

Very well maintained house, close to East Sandwich beach. Has all the amenities of home. Very quiet and peaceful back yard with a beautiful Patio.
